How does the card work?
There is a small NFC chip inside. Hold the card near a phone and the phone opens your profile in its browser. There is no battery and nothing to charge.
Does the other person need an app?
No. The profile opens in the phone's own browser, and saving your contact uses the phone's built-in contacts app.
Which phones can read it?
iPhone XR and newer read the card automatically. iPhone 7 to X can read it from the NFC reader in Control Center. Most Android phones read it when NFC is switched on. Any phone with a camera can scan the QR code on the back.
Can I change my details after the card is printed?
Yes, as often as you like. The card links to your profile, so new titles, numbers and links show up on every card you've already handed out.
What if I lose my card?
Pause it from your dashboard and it stops opening your profile. You can move your profile to a replacement card in a minute.
What can I put on my profile?
Your name, photo, title and company, contact buttons, links, a short bio, and an optional form so people can send you their details back.
Who can see my information?
Only what you choose to show on your profile. You can hide fields, pause the profile, or switch it off at any time.
Which materials can I choose?
Matte, gloss and soft-touch PVC, frosted clear PVC, 600 gsm cotton paper and brushed stainless steel. Each design lists its material on the cards page.
Can we use our own design?
Yes. Team plans include a custom card design in your brand, and we send you a proof to approve before anything is printed.
How do teams manage cards?
From one dashboard: invite members, apply your brand template, see analytics, and pause or reassign a card when someone leaves.
When do cards ship?
